Data analysis earns its keep when it starts from a specific management question. My work is to turn that question into a clear, defensible analysis.
Context
Data keeps accumulating in systems, yet questions like “why has this indicator dropped?” or “which option should we choose?” may still be answered on impressions rather than systematic analysis.
What I do
- Turning a management question into an answerable analytical one

- Presenting findings in decision terms, including the limits of the analysis

Apply statistical and analytical methods suited to the question and the data available.

Report for the decision
A concise report with the findings, how confident we can be in them, and the options ahead.
