I'm an industrial engineer. I hold a BSc in Industrial Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology and am currently studying for an MSc in Industrial Engineering (Production and Service Systems) at the University of Tehran.

Since my undergraduate studies I have worked in management consulting, organizational structure and strategy, business process management (BPM) and ERP. My experience includes implementing and auditing ISO management systems, implementing OKR, and working with key performance indicators (KPIs). I'm currently a Senior Systems & Methods Specialist at Golsam.

For data analysis and decision support I work with Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI and JMP; for automation and AI applications I use n8n, Claude and ChatGPT.
